Sterling Road Community Members,

On behalf of Hines and the T3 Sterling team, we’d like to welcome you to our community engagement page. The purpose of this page is to provide updates regarding the construction activities at 150 Sterling Road (by Hines, two heavy timber office buildings), and the Public Infrastructure work (by Hines and Marlin Spring).
