Hines is excited to announce that construction of our two new office buildings, below-grade parking, new POPS (Privately Owned Public Space), and Private Road has now officially begun as of May 11th. This construction is expected to take two years to complete and do not include the Sterling Subdivision Improvements (Perth Ave realignment, new public park, widening of Sterling Road), which are expected to formally start construction in the next month or so.
The first stage of construction is mobilization, hoarding/fencing to secure the site, and the installation of site trailers in preparation to start excavation. There will not be a significant number of workers onsite during this first stage of construction, and parking will be accommodated within the site’s boundaries. Trades have been told that under no circumstances may they park on the street within the community – if anyone is not abiding by these rules please contact us directly (brett.noiles@hines.com) so we can resolve.
Completing this milestone puts us one step closer to turning this underutilized land into beautiful timber buildings that will complement the neighbourhood aesthetic and positively add to the fabric of this community. We look forward to sharing this journey with you.
